Remote Web Access Troubleshooting

As a result of browser configuration, login to Remote Web Access (RWA) may result in a blank screen or inability to access files. This is typically caused by a browser security setting. To correct this problem, please follow these instructions.

  1. Open your web browser and select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu.

  2. Select the "Security" tab and then press the "Custom Level" button towards the bottom of the panel.

  3. Go to the "Active X controls and plug-ins" section and configure the options in the following manner.

    1. Automatic prompting for Active X controls = Enabled

    2. Binary and script behaviors = Enabled

    3. Download signed Active X controls = Prompt

    4. Download unsigned Active X controls = Prompt

    5. Run Active X controls and plug-ins = Enabled

    6. Script Active X controls marked safe for scripting = Enabled

  4. Press Ok, and then OK again to close both windows.

  5. Close the browser and open a new browser window.

  6. Login to account and access RWA resources.
